1) remove the two endcap screws and replace the assembly. 2) Ensure the brass contacts on the endcap are making good contact with the clipper (bend them slightly, if necessary) 3) replace the two endcap screws and tighten securely. 4) Test clipper. If it does not turn on then remove screws and check contacts again.
